While we do understand that you may run into unexpected circumstances, cancellations have a considerable effect on our business. For this reason we have put in place non-negotiable conditions for all room cancellations that do not respect a given deadline.
For VIP clients that have reserved directly with us, cancellation is free if carried out 7 days or more before the arrival date.
For clients that have not reserved directly with us, free cancellation is available if it is made 14 days or more before the arrival date.
If you cancel outside these delays, 100% of fees for the reservation will be charged.
If you do not show up, 100% of fees for the reservation will be charged.
We cannot grant rebates or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
For long stays, we reserve the right to collect a non-refundable amount in advance. You will be advised before this charge is made.
A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard) will be requested as a guarantee when you make your reservation.
